1. Purpose of the application
SeatPlanify.com is an online application for creating venue layouts and arranging tables, seats and guests for weddings, celebrations, corporate events and other events. It is an organizational aid; the user is responsible for checking the accuracy of the final plan and its use at the event.
2. Free use
You can start the application free of charge and without registration. Registration is required when you want to save a project permanently and access it again later. We may change available features, limits or the way the service is offered in the future.
3. User account
When registering, you must provide accurate information and protect your password and access details from unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
4. Projects and data
You are responsible for the content you enter, including project names, guest information, notes and seating arrangements. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information. Temporary projects that are not saved may be automatically deleted after inactivity, session expiry or technical system cleanup.
5. Permitted use
You may not use the application for the following:
- illegal, deceptive or harmful activities;
- unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or projects;
- interfering with the website, servers or other users;
- inserting malicious code or attempting to compromise security;
- automated downloading, copying or overloading of the system.
6. Availability of the application
We aim to keep the application available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without errors, outages or maintenance. Technical problems, updates, hosting interruptions, internet issues or other circumstances outside our direct control may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
SeatPlanify.com is not liable for data loss, incorrect seating arrangements, organizational omissions, damage or other consequences arising from use of the application or inability to use it.
8. Intellectual property
The website design, software code, functionality, text, graphic elements, name and visual identity of SeatPlanify.com are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Copying, selling, distributing, modifying or reusing the application or its code without prior written permission is not allowed.
9. Deleting accounts and projects
You can delete saved projects through your account. Requests to delete an account or other data can be sent through the contact form. We may restrict or terminate access to an account that violates these terms or threatens the security or stability of the application.

11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, technical requirements or applicable law. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
